Marketing and Bids Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Bids Manager to join our team at Architecture Social. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for steering the marketing and bids functions within the practice, coordinating and writing bid submissions, and implementing marketing and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-quality bid and tender submissions
  • Support and deliver marketing campaigns
  • Manage events, PR, e-communications, social media, internal and external communications, and general marketing functions
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to think creatively and generate ideas that demonstrate an understanding of the needs of our clients
  • Proficient writer with experience in writing bid responses and other marketing content
  • Education to degree level or equivalent professional qualifications or experience
  • Experience within the architecture, construction, or related built environment fields
