About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Door Health, Safety and Compliance Trainer to join our team at Hydro-X. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our customers and ensuring that our training programs meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for fire door installations and maintenance
  • Present training sessions to diverse audiences, including in-person and online
  • Provide technical support to sales teams and contribute to the development of our product portfolio
  • Meet and exceed internal quality assurance and training delivery standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Full driving license to travel to client sites
  • Comprehensive experience of working with fire doors, including FD30, FD60, and composite doors
  • Firas or Bmtrada qualification
  • Multi-year experience of installation, maintenance, and repairs of fire doors in commercial and domestic settings
  • Experience of fire stopping materials in relation to fire door installations and repairs
  • High-level proficiency of joinery works in relation to fire door installations and maintenance
