We are seeking a skilled and organized Advisor - Planning to join our team at One Wight Health Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Appointment Management: Maintain and monitor the practice appointment system to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times.
- Communication: Process personal, telephone, and e-requests for appointments, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Information Management: Signpost patients to the correct service, initiate contact with patients and team members, and direct requests for information to the administrative team.
- Administrative Support: Photocopy documentation, input data into patients' healthcare records, and maintain a clean and organized working area.
- Team Collaboration: Support clinical staff with general tasks, monitor and maintain the reception area, and ensure the practice is well-presented at all times.
