Job Description
The role involves carrying out site inspections, preparing reports and schedules of remedial works for a variety of properties across sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in core materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough structural surveys of buildings and structures
- Provide expert advice on issues that may arise during site visits
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing observations, findings, and recommendations
- Develop schedules of remedial works and oversee their implementation
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce design drawings and specifications

Requirements
- Proven track record in structural design and investigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Chartered membership (MIStructE/MICE) preferred but not essential
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members
