  • Adapt to changing circumstances and challenges, maintaining a flexible mindset and 'can-do' attitude to ensure tasks are completed successfully.

Requirements:

  • Possess a proven track record of supervising small teams in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Holding a Level 2 CIEH Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing, with a Level 3 qualification being advantageous.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in a range of IT software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, AX, and Horizon, to support efficient operations and data management.
