Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at The Disabilities Trust. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with disabilities.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
