Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Farnham Depot. As a key member of our stock management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are accurately recorded and maintained.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of £33,063 - £38,404 per annum, plus a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment and hold a counterbalance forklift license. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, and Excel, are also essential. A full UK driving license is required, although company vehicle provision is not offered with this role.
You will work closely with our logistics providers to resolve any stock and delivery-related issues, including taking action to resolve materials shortages. Regular checks of storage facilities will be necessary to ensure they meet required standards, with basic maintenance tasks completed as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining depot yard areas, including the recycling centre, and ensuring safety standards are met.
