Job Overview:

We are looking for a Window and Door Technician to work in the North East. Our Surveyors are responsible for verifying customer contractual requirements and providing accurate measurements and drawings to facilitate a timely and successful installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making arrangements with customers to carry out technical surveys in line with our survey completion targets
  • Travelling within the region to undertake customer surveys following our high standards, ensuring accurate measurements and drawings are provided
  • Confirming with customers all details and designs ordered are suitable, ensuring they are happy to proceed and have a full understanding of what they have ordered as well as offering solutions where applicable
  • Liaising with the wider Anglian team reporting any discrepancies or changes which need to be made after surveying the customers property
  • Inputting survey details onto the survey network and ordering materials as required
  • Dealing with any issues or changes that may occur in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Customer Focus, with excellent people and communication skills
  • NVQ level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience of surveying in the window and door industry
  • Previous experience or equivalent qualification, of installing uPVC products
  • Proficient IT Skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task, organise and good problem solver
  • Full driving licence
