Customer Service and Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Property / Maintenance Customer Service Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Manage maintenance jobs, including invoice processing, and oversee all aspects of a designated property portfolio
- Handle communications through phone, email, and WhatsApp, and conduct property inspections during tenancies
- Organize end-of-tenancy check-outs, process deposit returns, and coordinate tenancy move-ins and manage inventories
- Manage utilities, offer investment advice on landlords' current and new portfolios, and assist with accounts
- Support with floor plans, fire risk assessments (FRA), and Legionnaires compliance

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to provide top-quality service
- Proven ability to manage tasks from start to finish independently
- Experience in asset management (property industry experience preferred)
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Driving License Required
Work Details:
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, plus 15 Saturdays per year (10:00 am to 3:00 pm)
