We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Property / Maintenance Customer Service Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  2. Manage maintenance jobs, including invoice processing, and oversee all aspects of a designated property portfolio
  3. Handle communications through phone, email, and WhatsApp, and conduct property inspections during tenancies
  4. Organize end-of-tenancy check-outs, process deposit returns, and coordinate tenancy move-ins and manage inventories
  5. Manage utilities, offer investment advice on landlords' current and new portfolios, and assist with accounts
  6. Support with floor plans, fire risk assessments (FRA), and Legionnaires compliance

Requirements:

  1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  2. Strong communication skills to provide top-quality service
  3. Proven ability to manage tasks from start to finish independently
  4. Experience in asset management (property industry experience preferred)
  5. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  6. Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  7. Driving License Required

Work Details:

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, plus 15 Saturdays per year (10:00 am to 3:00 pm)
