Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity

ARC Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Norwich. This is a permanent, site-based role offering a competitive salary of up to £75,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all mechanical aspects of M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Lead project teams, including contractors, engineers, and site staff, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  3. Prepare project schedules, forecasts, and financial reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and potential risks.
  4. Manage on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, providing technical advice and resolving issues.
  6. Ensure M&E systems are installed and tested to meet design specifications and quality standards.
  7. Oversee procurement and material management, ensuring timely delivery of resources to site.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing M&E projects within mechanical engineering or construction sectors.
  2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework, as well as electrical integration.
  3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of driving project teams to success.
  5. Proficient in project management software and relevant industry tools.
  6. A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification would be advantageous.
