About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Quality Assessor. As a Quality Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals with a learning disability receive high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks to assess the support provided to individuals
- Attend quality checks in person and use technology to meet with individuals online
- Observe and ask questions about the support provided
- Complete detailed reports from the perspective of someone with a lived experience of a learning disability
Requirements:
- No previous experience or qualifications required; full training will be provided
- Good knowledge of what a great support plan would include
- Compassionate, caring, and confident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to embrace our values and vision
