EWIS Technical Leader Job Description

Latecoere is seeking a highly skilled EWIS Technical Leader to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for leading the technological roadmap for future aircraft programs, focusing on EWIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative EWIS solutions, working closely with industry-leading partners and clients.
  • Manage a team of designers, guiding technical activities and validating their deliverables.
  • Collaborate with a Program Manager to ensure project milestones are met and report progress to senior management.
  • Draft and conduct test campaigns to push the boundaries of current technologies.
  • Contribute to our patent filing initiatives and help drive the innovation agenda.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in R&T development, especially with TRL frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of EWIS standards and hands-on experience with CATIAV5 and/or 3DExperience.
  • Experience leading teams and overseeing the entire design process from concept to delivery.
  • Passion for innovation and an ability to think outside the box.
