Job Description

The Equestrian Performance Coach will execute a comprehensive development strategy to enhance performance in retail. Responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives to improve operational and leadership knowledge and skillsets among colleagues and management. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver performance-focused development sessions and coaching activities to retail audiences in virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Work with area and regional managers to improve team KPI delivery, identify trends, and develop effective individual and team development activities.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure impact after development interventions and inform further learning needs.
  • Role-model a growth mindset by staying up-to-date with current Learning & Development theory and adult learning principles.
  • Curate high-quality content to encourage social and self-directed learning across the group.
  • Uphold ILM Assured quality standards in delivering programmes that align.
  • Effectively scope learning needs within the retail arena using data and evidence.
  • Coach individuals for personal and professional development.
  • Work with the retail team to ensure new initiatives are embedded into the workforce.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Competency in individual and group coaching skills and techniques.
  • High-quality, passionate, and inclusive learning facilitation skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering learning activity focused on performance development and aligned to business objectives.
  • Experience in scoping and designing engaging learning experiences.

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including MS Office.
