Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential groundworks and a strong understanding of contract profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise contract profitability through effective cost management
  • Provide accurate quotations to clients for variations
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks
  • Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports
  • Perform other daily tasks associated with a Quantity Surveyor role

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in value engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
