Job Overview

As a Relief Security Officer, you will provide support to our Security teams across the Fife area, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance to Security teams
  • Greeting staff and visitors and ensuring adherence to security protocols
  • Monitoring premises to prevent rule infractions
  • Conducting regular patrols
  • Responding to alarms and security incidents
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Completing incident reports

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An in-date SIA Licence
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures
