About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our public areas, events spaces, and leisure club facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including corridors, stairways, and common rooms.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of events spaces, including meeting rooms, exhibition areas, and function rooms.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, including the leisure club facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to De Vere's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience or experience in a similarly physical role.
  • A flexible can-do attitude and a willingness to work a varied schedule.
  • Punctuality and good personal presentation.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
