Electrical Project Manager

The Electrical Supervisor is a vital position in managing and overseeing electrical projects and maintenance activities. This individual's responsibilities include leading a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and direction to team members for successful project execution.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, safety measures, and address concerns.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct safety training for team members and regularly inspect work sites for potential hazards.
- Monitor test certificates returned to the office.
- Supervise and oversee small to medium sized electrical contracts including the management of day work jobs.
- Arrange labour and materials to complete the project on time and within budget.
- Carry out basic estimating and tendering duties progressing onto larger projects as experience is gained.
- Level 3 C&G Qualified
- 2391 Qualified
- Proven experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor in an Industrial Environment.
- Full UK Driving License
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components.
