Job Title: Financial Analyst Professional

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team at Randstad Construction and Property, based near Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and cost planning, with a strong understanding of construction projects from 10 to 75 million across the Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and M4 regions. As an estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates and bids for various projects, working closely with the bid team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, with access to training and development programs.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as agile/hybrid working arrangements. This role would suit an estimator or cost planner looking to join a growing business where you can progress and have a clear career path and promotion opportunities based solely on your individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing detailed estimates and bids for various projects
  • Working closely with the bid team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating and cost planning
  • Strong understanding of construction projects and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
