Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Skills Educator to join our team as a Technical Trainer. This role will entail creating and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions on technical skills such as digital marketing, social media, and web design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive training programs on technical skills.
  • Develop and maintain course materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
  • Conduct workshops, live demonstrations, and hands-on sessions to reinforce learning.
  • Remain current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in technical skills.
  • Evaluate learners' progress through quizzes, projects, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide personalized mentorship and support to help learners achieve their objectives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Substantial experience in technical skills, digital marketing, and training.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly beneficial.
  • Certification in technical skills, digital marketing, or related fields is a considerable asset.

Remuneration and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be approximately £42,000 - £52,000 annually, contingent on experience. In addition, we offer performance-based incentives, flexible work arrangements, opportunities for ongoing professional development, and a collaborative work environment.
