We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Dewsbury store.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role, where you will be responsible for managing a team of baristas and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability and drive business growth
- Monitor and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
