In this role, you will join our Project Delivery Team as a Senior Project Manager, leading multi-disciplined project teams, managing stakeholder relationships, client liaison, process development, planning, finance management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement delivery plans based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project processes.
  • Present monthly progress reports using corporate tools to provide evidence-based summaries.
  • Assist with maintaining the Resource Demand Plan, utilizing available tools to produce and present data for informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project delivery.
  • A proven track record of successful project completion.
  • Previous experience in multi-disciplined engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of best practice project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
