Job Title

1st Line Support Technician

About the Role

As a key member of the IT support team at ea Change, you will provide 1st line support on the service desk, assisting internal users primarily remotely. The role is fully onsite, based in Bristol, offering the chance to work closely with the team at a central office location.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and resolve technical issues with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, and AutoPilot.
  2. Manage helpdesk tickets and provide prompt support.
  3. Assist with service desk operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Handle hardware and software problems for internal users, both remotely and on-site.
  5. Support and troubleshoot network-related issues.
  6. Provide support for mobile devices.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Requirements
  • Experience in a helpdesk, service desk, or technical/IT support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, and AutoPilot.
  • Knowledge of network support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting apple devices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Programming skills and knowledge of SQL.
  • Full UK driving license and a car.
