The Role

A Senior Water Hygiene Technician is required to manage water hygiene projects and contracts, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and advise on legislative requirements in Cambridge on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk assessments, remedial works, routine tank inspections, quarterly cleaning, and monthly monitoring are undertaken by the successful candidate.
  • Working alongside plumbing installations using specialist equipment is essential for this role.
  • Quotations will be created based on client requirements.
  • Fault finding on plumbing installations and equipment is a key diagnostic skill.
  • Site audits against current legislation and guidance documents are conducted regularly.
Our Requirements
  • Similar or related experience is necessary for this position.
  • A City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualification in Legionella Hot & Cold Systems and plumbing related subjects is required.
  • A current CSCS card or willingness to attain one is necessary.
  • Membership of the Water Management Society is expected.
  • A Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
