About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and friendly service to our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for.
  • Take food and drink orders and serve guests with a brilliant customer service ethic.
  • Assist with menu suggestions and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Prepare perfectly laid tables for each guest visit, ensuring that every detail is attended to.
  • Ensure that our high standards are delivered and maintained at all times, providing a consistent and exceptional experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Training and Development

We are committed to supporting your development and providing you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role. During your first 12-15 months, you will complete a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification, delivered through a mix of face-to-face and online visits.
