Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and direct staff in the room to deliver high standards of care and education.
  • Observe children and manage their learning and development records.
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS and plan engaging activities both indoors and outdoors.
  • Work in partnership with parents and key stakeholders.
  • Attend parent's evenings and support open days.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification.
  • Experience of working in a childcare setting and supporting children's development.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
  • Paediatric First Aid (desirable).
