Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic team at a leading global manufacturing company based in Beccles. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tool changes and settings for plastics moulding machinery to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Conduct thorough fault finding on machinery and report any issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure safety checks and quality control inspections are completed accurately and on time to maintain our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Technical qualification in Engineering or Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in an engineering environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
Desirable Experience:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging.
  • Knowledge of blow moulding or injection moulding processes.
