Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and improve store profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop new initiatives, and implement changes to improve store performance.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
