Prison Custody Specialist

As a Correctional Services Associate at the Scottish Prison Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of safe and secure prisons, while promoting rehabilitation and reintegration. The role involves working closely with individuals in custody, their families, and other stakeholders to address their needs and challenges.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups. They will contribute to the prevention and management of challenging behaviors, using established techniques and approaches.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, progressing to £42,000 within 3 years, subject to pay progression.
