Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product and service information, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer product and service information, making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales growth by promoting Three's products and services, and achieving sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of mobile technology and products, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
