About the Position

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement tailored learning strategies for students with special needs
  • Evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes
  • Foster effective communication with colleagues, parents, and carers to coordinate support efforts
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications and Experience
  • QTS with a proven track record in SEN teaching
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet individual student needs
