About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator to support and enhance the learning experience for students with special educational needs and disabilities at a high school in Darwen.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting staff, students, and parents to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive academically and personally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Working closely with staff and parents to ensure inclusive learning experiences
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop individualized plans

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and training
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £38,375 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
