SWIFT Application Management Lead

As a Senior Application Services Expert, you will play a key role in the management and support of our SWIFT and CREST applications and associated messaging services. This position involves taking ownership of the management and support of these applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.

You will be responsible for highlighting potential capacity, performance, or operational issues and taking preventative action. You will also perform trend analysis, highlighting repeat issues, and implementing solutions for permanent resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the configuration and support of SAA, SAG, HSM, SWIFTNet and WebPlatform, Swift Translator, to Subject Matter Expert level. They should also have an understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL), SQL, Linux, and scripting using bash, ksh.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including a performance-related bonus plan, generous pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance, and at least 25 days holiday.
