Aerospace Safety Manager

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a skilled Construction Safety Specialist to join our team in central London. The ideal candidate will have experience in health and safety management, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional who can develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures across all projects. As a Construction Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and identifying potential risks on-site. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide guidance to site staff on best health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards (CDM 2015, HSE regulations, etc.).
  • Identify and mitigate risks across various construction sites.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications (or equivalent) are essential.
  • Previous experience in a Health and Safety management role, preferably within the construction or D&B sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction regulations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company in the heart of London. Our competitive salary package includes an estimated £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a full, clean driving license and willingness to travel to various sites across London.
