A Medical Receptionist is required to join our team at Portman Dental Care group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
About You:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role. You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you are passionate about delivering a warm and welcoming environment for patients, we would love to hear from you
The Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting patients, taking details, and directing them to the correct area of the practice
* Managing appointments, treatments, and correspondence with patients
* Maintaining accurate records and updating our practice management system
* Working closely with our dental teams to ensure seamless patient care
