Teaching Support Role for Aspiring Teachers

Join our pool of candidates for this Teaching Assistant role at EdEx – Education Recruitment. This position is ideal for graduates or aspiring teachers who want to gain hands-on experience in the classroom.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist the Class Teacher in preparing and delivering lessons, including leading 1:1 and group support sessions with students focusing on academic areas of weakness. You will also have the opportunity to work with pupils across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000 - £45,000 per year, based on a 39-week contract. Our client school is located in Hillingdon and has an 'Outstanding' Ofsted Report from 2022.
You will have the opportunity to work with knowledgeable teachers who deliver a diverse curriculum and provide welcoming and supportive staff and SLT. To be considered for this role, you must hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university and have previous experience working with children.
