Manufacturing Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As a CNC programmer and operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-quality aerospace components.

The successful candidate will have experience in CNC programming, particularly with Fanuc controls, and a strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring equipment. A background in the aerospace industry is desirable but not essential.

You will work closely with our production management team to ensure timely delivery of components while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

• Program and operate CNC turning machines to produce aerospace components
• Set up and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality assurance
• Develop and implement efficient machine set-up documentation

• CNC programming experience, particularly with Fanuc controls
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
