Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students in achieving their academic goals. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with educators to develop and implement tailored educational strategies, promoting student growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in setting and achieving academic objectives
  • Collaborate with educators to design and implement customized educational plans
  • Support students in managing daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and motivation to students
  • Monitor student progress and communicate updates to educators
  • Deliver support in standard classroom environments
  • Work with educators to structure and prepare lessons
  • Guide students through classroom and homework assignments

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in teaching or education
  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for education and commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives
