We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our close-knit care team at Doonbank House Care Home in Patna. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supervise and lead a team of care assistants, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Assist residents with daily tasks, administer medication as instructed, and monitor their wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience supporting older people, ideally including those living with dementia.
- Confident leadership and communication skills.
