As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the May Fair Bar operation, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience. With a proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets, you will be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.

About the Role:

Lead the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.

Achieve hotel revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the food and beverage operation.

·
Direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.

About You:

·
Current in-depth beverage experience within a high-end liquor led operation.

·
Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching, and change management.

·
The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
