About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Team Leader to lead our outbound sales team at Field Management Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of a dedicated sales team, ensuring they achieve key targets, maintain high standards of quality, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of sales agents, ensuring high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set and monitor KPIs and sales targets for the team. Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of individual and team performance.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide on-the-job coaching, feedback, and regular 1-2-1s to develop team members and improve sales skills and customer engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Motivation & Recognition: Develop and implement motivational programs and recognition schemes to drive productivity and reward outstanding performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Compliance, and Customer Service, to optimize the sales process and align on company-wide initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the business.
Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in managing an outbound sales team within a contact center environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • A solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage both customers and team members.
  • Ability to handle escalations, solve problems quickly, and provide strategic guidance to the team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics, forecast results, and adjust team tactics as needed to meet and exceed targets.
