Pedagogical Assistant

Blom and Blom is looking for a highly skilled Pedagogical Assistant to join our team in Orpington. The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and be able to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation of educational programs and activities
• Assisting in the development of curriculum plans and resources
• Contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Level 2/3 or CACHE childcare qualification
• Minimum 6 months experience in a nursery setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
