Early Years and Childcare Professional Leader

Kido Holdings PTE Ltd is seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team.
As a Nursery Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will support the planning and organisation of staffing schedules and holiday rotas, maintaining the right staffing levels as required by Ofsted and our nursery procedures.
In this role, you will play a key part in assessing and recording children's progress and achievements, and in creating a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs. You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspire and encourage your team to uphold the highest standards with pride, and handle any child protection concerns with appropriate escalation and action.

The Nursery Deputy Manager role offers a competitive salary, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years service, and access to a range of benefits including childcare discounts, a healthcare cash plan, and cycle to work scheme.
We look for a qualified childcare professional with a relevant qualification, level 3 minimum, and experience in a nursery setting. You will be a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire your team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education.
