Job Opportunity at Home Instead

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and companionship
  • Provide emotional support and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 ( £25 on bank holidays)
  • Permanent contracts with flexible hours (16-35+ hours per week)
  • Full-time and part-time positions available

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
