We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Spire Cardiff Hospital. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention throughout the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control policies
  • Work closely with the Senior Housekeeper and clinical staff to address any housekeeping issues
  • Perform daily cleaning schedules and maintain equipment
  • Report any concerns or issues to the line manager
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training
