Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of primary-aged children, including those with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with additional needs, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assist class teachers with the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all pupils.
  • Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and behavioral skills, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address the needs of pupils, ensuring that all children receive the support they require to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies to meet the needs of pupils with special educational needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate with a 2:1 or above in an Education, Psychology, or core subject degree.
  • Relevant classroom experience, although not essential, is welcomed.
  • Genuine passion to support primary-aged children, including those with special educational needs.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £460 - £490 per week.
  • A full-time role, Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only.
