Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,246.40 (based on 40 hours/week and £12.63/hour). Overtime pay is £18.95/hour after 40 hours.
Job Description
As a Seed Operator at Ethero, you will be responsible for preparing machines, equipment, materials, and supplies for planned jobs. You will also set up machines, prepare bags and labels, and control the bag filling process while monitoring chemical coverage of seed and recording production. Additionally, you will assist with cleaning machines between varieties and seed lots, clean and pack away machines and equipment, and adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have physical fitness, be hardworking and dedicated, able to change and adapt to an ever-changing day, and possess a full driving license.
