We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Manager to lead our Respite Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support to the people we serve, while inspiring them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your team and make a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £28,590 - £29,140 per annum
  • Location: Bangor, Gwynedd
  • Hours: Full-Time (40 hours a week)
  • Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual needs
  • Mentor and train staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a deputy or service manager
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
