About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team at Trinity Personnel. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of tax returns for a range of clients, providing expert tax advice and planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns for clients
- Provide expert tax advice and planning strategies for individuals and businesses
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legislation
- Liaise with HMRC and other relevant bodies on behalf of clients
- Handle complex tax issues and queries, offering tailored solutions
- Oversee junior staff and provide mentorship and guidance
- Work closely with other departments to ensure holistic financial services for clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within a professional accountancy practice, with a focus on tax management
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and strategies
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
