About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Workday People Systems Specialist to join our team at Anglian Water Services.
In this role, you'll work closely with our people systems team to develop, configure, and enhance our Workday HRM system.
You'll manage security assignments, produce complex people reports, and act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and analytical support to the wider team and business leaders.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Extensive experience configuring Workday, developing reports, and handling integrations
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a background in analysing system performance
- Proven experience in project management, including managing Workday release cycles
