About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at RAC Motoring Services. As a key member of our field-based team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance at customers' homes or workplaces
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
  • Work independently, using your technical expertise to make decisions and solve problems
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • A level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Practical working experience in the motor trade, working with different types of light vehicles
  • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence with less than 6 points
